This series are for already certified Hakomi Practitioners, Hakomi Training graduates in process of certification or advanced students upon approval. The purpose is to refine your practice  integrating a solid background of somatic resources to it. This will enhance your ability to be present, track, contact and develop both a sense of confidence as well as a more atuned sensibility to feel the subtle changes that may occur in the process, enabling the upbringing of creative experiments based on a grounded sense of embodying the principles of the Hakomi Method. 

As we practice we honor confidentiality in whatever is shared and we request ethical responsibility towards holding a safe space together. We also request that, unless discussed otherwise with trainer,  you keep your camera on  and share your time with a sense of equity, even if you come as an observer.

We spend 1 hour exploring a sensorimotor practice based on the Feldenkrais Method anf follow with one hour practicing a full session , led by Maru Serrano, leaving the last half hours to clarify, process or discuss.

When do we meet?

We meet on Tuesdays at 4-6:30 pm PST. during accorded weeks of the year. Please check the schedule for the exact days so to not miss this opportunity.

What does it cost?

Minimal Rate - For those of you who frequently struggle to meet your basic needs or are facing temporary financial challenges. 

Basic Rate - For those of you who are able to meet your basic needs and have some discretionary income.  $150 for the 5 sessions or $ 35 per session

Pay It Forward Rate - For those of you who comfortably meet your basic needs and have significant discretionary income.
