What are we offering?

This Level 4 Hakomi Training - Fall Season is designed as a continuation of our Level 1, 2 and 3 curriculum and is open to those of you have previous Hakomi experience. It is online and welcomes participants internationally. It will stretch from Sept '23 to Dec '23 and we will be cultivating the capacity to hold full sessions and how to support each other in our inner explorations and healing, using the Hakomi method. This season will be be followed by the last season of this training - Level 4 - Winter Season (ending in March '23). What is the format? We offer weekly 2.5 hour sessions. We combine embodied practice, theoretical learning and sometimes draw on learning materials such as videos. ​Who can join? We ask that you have some prior Hakomi experience. These workshops will count towards certification as a Hakomi Practitioner with Hakomi Cascadia and Hakomi Educational Network. We meet on Wednesdays at 4-6:30pm PST on zoom. ​What does it cost? Minimal Rate - For those of you who frequently struggle to meet your basic needs or are facing temporary financial challenges. Basic Rate - For those of you who are able to meet your basic needs and have some discretionary income. Pay It Forward Rate - For those of you who comfortably meet your basic needs and wish to pay forward so that other participants with less available resources can take part in this event. Work-Study Option - We offer alternative arrangements for those of you who prefer to reciprocate through a tailored work project.
