This is a chance to share the practice of the basics of Hakomi, and broaden your capacity to learn to facilitate groups, develop themes and create curriculums, while giving and receiving feedback and learning from each other. The space is open to those experienced and certified as practitioners in the Hakomi Method. It is a mentoring group led by Hakomi Cascadia's trainer, Maru serrano.

This practice space lasts for 2 hours, is held once a week in packages of 3 or 4 meetings each time, and is offered based on a $1-$25 contribution. Welcome!
